- From which country do you ship your products?

Our products are securely stored and shipped from our warehouses across Asia ( China, Singapore, Japan ) and Greece. 

- What is your order process?

Our order process is very simple. Upon completing your payment details during the checkout process, you should shortly receive a confirmation notice at the provided email address. A shipping confirmation email should follow after 1 - 4 business days. Email the customer service team on info@kjselections.com if further assistance is required at any point.

- How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number that you can use to get the latest updates on your shipment. 

- My order hasn´t arrived on time, what should I do?

If your order has not arrived in the specified delivery time, you can track your order to see where it is located. Sometimes orders are delayed due to customs hold ups. Please also reach out to our customer service team at info@kjselections.com and we will provide you with an update.

- How long it takes to receive my order?

The delivery time vary between 7 - 20 days, depending from which warehouse we have sent your package and on your location. Please allow 15 – 25 days before you inform our customer service team of a missing order. We offer FREE Shipping on all our products. 

If you would like to receive your watch faster and wiling to pay a bit extra, you can choose our International Express Courier shipping option and reduce the shipping time to 5 - 10 working days. Sometimes the local Custom/Import Authorities, might hold the package for some time, we cannot predict or have any effect on that. 

- Do I have to pay Custom taxes on my orders?

KJSelections cannot be held responsible for any custom charges made in your country. It is advisable to check the pricing guide at your local customs department if you think you may have to pay an additional fee.KJSelections is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims.
